Norco Range 1 - Medium in Lindell Beach, British Columbia for sale

This bike is top shelf with top of the line components and needs nothing replaced or serviced. It is ready to shred. By far the best bike I've owned, a strong climber and a beast going down.
Meticulously cared for. Full overhaul including suspension in January at Dunbar Bikes. Washed and re-greased after every ride, any part even remotely worn has been replaced and maintained.
I'm the 3rd owner and have had it for exactly 2 years, the 2 previous were bike store mechanics from Different and John Henry. I have mixed feelings selling this bike as it's in perfect shape and so much fun to ride, but a new bike is coming and I'll be sad to see it go.
Only ridden on local trails, not jumped or ridden hard, never at the bike park. A few minor frame scuffs and paint scratches mostly from cable wear, same with wheels.
Frame: 2012 160mm travel
Fork: Fox 36 160mm with FIT cartridge (Fully rebuilt and serviced in January)
Shock: Fox RP 23 (Fully rebuilt and serviced in January)
Drivetrain: Entire drivetrain replaced within last 6 months. XTR M986 10spd derailleur with clutch med cage (less than 2 months old), new XT M771 cassette, chain and Blackspire Snaggletooth 32T chainring (less than 6 months old)
Brakes: XT M780 levers with XT Ice Tech 180mm rotors (less than 1 year old), bled in January.
Cranks: Race Face with crank boots
Wheels and Hubs: 26" Spank Subrosa 30 in white laced to DT Swiss 350 hubs 142mm x 12 rear, Front: 20mm. Wheels straight and true, zero flat spots, tubeless ready.
Tires: Front: Maxxis High Roller 2.5, Rear: Maxxis Minnion 2.4, both have at least 90% tread life.
Seatpost: Rockshox Reverb non stealth serviced at Bicycle Hub in January.
Bar/ Shifter/ Stem/Grips: 30.5" Race Face SIXC carbon bars, XTR 10spd shifter, Chromag 60mm stem, Brand new never used Specialized grips
Headset: Canecreek Zerostack (serviced in January)
Saddle: Chromag Trailmaster DT
Pedals: Norco stock pedals, never used
